For reports that may take some time to process such as large payroll or invoice runs it can be reassuring to check the process is still running.


To do this the queue can be viewed by searching with the phrase reports: queued as shown below:


The Tries column should either be blank (for something not yet started) or 1.  Anything higher than 1 means the process has failed at least once.  The system will try to run the report again, with up to 5 attempts.  If the report fails after the fifth attempt you will receive a failure email
