When a care worker goes sick you will normall move their bookings to another care worker in the Plan. Occasionally you won't be able to do this - maybe you are on a mobile, for instance. In that case you can allocate the new careworker through one of the event forms, but if the event is a recurring event, it may not be as simple as you think.
